I do too.

He was stupid in a way that was trivial, though I know some would argue that his behavior belied an essential depravity, or some such nonsense. the problem was that he was bright enough to have predicted this nonsense, and lost great opportunities as a result.

Jerk.

I would vote for him again, despite the fact that he can't argue before the Supreme Court.

I would not blame it on him, but if I wanted to I would point to the fact that the slowdown started when he was president.

But I think people give presidents entirely too much credit or blame for the economy. Yes they can mess it up if they can get really horrible ideas adopted but mostly any impact they make is marginal.
