Pierre: Your comments cry out, "I don't know retail". They are not in the technology business. Maybe 1% of their customers actually cares to know the guts of their technology. Get over it. They execute better than any other wireless retailer and thats what counts. They don't fly other company's flags, they don't hold daily " remember we work for VOD" meetings. Retail is the most Gaia-awful but neccessary business. I have an idea. Why don't we pay all the VZ employees $50,000 a year and hire mba's and then we can educate those needing consumers about the secret sauce.
