Exactly my position. The complacency indexes aren't giving any tradeable signals. They aren't near any extremes, and the trend is unclear. The short term and midterm give conflicting views. The long term is stuck in the midrange. The market is mired in uncertainty.

The only solution is a government bailout package for traders. I'd write to my Congressman, but the mailrooms are closed.
