Heck, I never trusted Trent Lott about the lock box but I don't get to vote anyway.. >> I believe senator Lott's statement was dated February 2000. Certainly a good idea at the time to bring some semblance of sanity to the US budget process.. Obviously 9/11/01 has displaced that very good idea with more important spending initiatives. Good Luck.
