There is a slight difference that you seem to miss : Israel is a mere thousandth of the Arab world surface and has never vowed to destroy surrounding nations, or nations into being.
Now you are the only one with Chirac, then PM, who says the destruction of Saddam's best toy was "illigal". I see it as highly moral. Imagine the state of the world had it not been done. No Gulf War. Saddam richer with 500 billion $ from Koweit and his own personal oil. What a scary world. Sure he would have twisted Bin's neck long ago, on the no competition accepted, even in terror. But still.

Furthermore, it seems that the Lybian airliner downed twenty years ago was "enroute" to the Dimona reactor, unless you buy the fact of a Boeing being lost... which didn't happen in the last thirsty some years, nowhere but once around the North Pole, a very interesting story, but not so much for people that are not into navigation close to the magnet pole with no electronics available whatsoever. So I won't go into it.

Finally, if Arab countries had means to bomb the Israeli reactor, trust them they would have done so.
