<< Maybe if Clinton had kept his promise, an estimated 7,000 people would be alive today? >>

This is very true. And, perhaps, if the conservatives hadn't tied up our government, for years, focusing attention on Clinton's sex life, perhaps 7,000 people would be alive today. Or, if current government officials had paid attention to the many warnings?

There's a lot of blame to go around.

In the meantime, perhaps, with George Bush as our leader, America can make the world safe for countless millions, and for future peace and democracy.
