"The truth is often one dimensional and without nuance." Only in your mind are things black and white. In fact, I'd say your quite blind to the complexity of real life. You're a yes no man, unable to see things beyond what they appear at first blush and certainly only open to ideas you already agree with. You're the wise arbiter of what is stupid on this thread. A lofty position indeed. In many ways you're like my brother, who is also an engineer, he likes it when things are clearly delineated. But alas, if you scrutinize the life of many great people in history, which I'm sure you are loath to do (prefering the concrete to the nuanced), you would see most folk of merit are not what they appear(excluding yourself and George Bush Jr., surely)when you look a little deeper into their lives.
