the facts straight.
The fact is that Bush & Co. act first and think later. Now quick decisions are a prized leadership quality, but good quick decisions are based on the kind of experience and judgement that is lacking, so we stumble into alliances and lawsuits and programs in a haphazard emotionally driven way.
