Neo,

He may live in Texas at the present time, but he is not from anywhere in Texas. He is originally from some farm country up around Iowa. In case he wants to dispute this, he has said so himself. That is also the area where he owns a farm so he can collect all of the government agricultural subsidies that are offered. Living in certain part of Austin can also be an albatross around one's neck.
