I have never been to Texas, except to make a connection at the Dallas airport. My wife has been to Dallas, Austin, and San Antonio, on business. I was sorry to have missed San Antonio......

To get the true feeling of the real Houston, you need to go up into the northwest corner at the edge of the city limits. Beautiful area.
