International Law, that should apply to ALL!

Seems to me that Saddam Hussein opened himself to attack after invading Kuwait. He did not have to cross that border...

Why does International Law not put him away for life on that? On SCUD attacks on Israel during the Gulf War (kinda out of the Kuwaiti theatre of war, no?)? On campaigns against Kurds? On diverting food supplies from his people? etc.

Pretty clear cut criminal actions don't you think?
