Joe, The revenue of the microprocessor group went up, and depending on whether they counted X-box or not, with falling ASPs, they must have sold more processors.

Intel certainly gained revenue market share this quarter. I am not sure about unit market share. We probably don't know for sure until we get numbers from Mercury research (arent'y they overdue?). This is what Intel is saying (in their usual binary form):

Intel Architecture Group

** Microprocessor unit shipments were higher than the second quarter.

** Chipset unit shipments were higher than the second quarter.

** Motherboard unit shipments were higher than the second quarter.

Wireless Communications and Computing Group

** Flash memory unit shipments were higher than the second quarter.
