Lately I seem to butt in more if it looks like one person is being insulted by something that could be interpreted in a very non insulting way. This may help avoid conflict but it may cause both sides to have a conflict with me. Also it can just be that the interpretation that is seen as insulting WAS the intended meaning as has happened one time before when I stuck my big nose in to a discussion you where having with someone else. Seriously, Tim, I'd like to try and work this through directly with Greg. I appreciate your thoughts though. Sure I can stay out of this one. I hope however that if the discussion between the two of you leads to some sort of idea and I debate the idea (rather then posting something like "Greg could have meant this" or "Greg wasn't insulting you because...") it won't be taken as butting in.
