cia.gov 23 million people in the heart of the Middle East. We occupy the country, use oil for reparations to not only the U.S. but all other nations affected by terrorism, and especially: to the family of every murdered innocent individual goes $5 million dollars. Then, the United States rebuilds the infrastructure in Iraq, makes it a paradise for freedom and economic growth in the Middle East, and when that nation is ready, turn over the country to its own democratically elected government.
