Most Republicans in Congress did not have the balls to obey the law. The Democrats were not even interested in reviewing the evidence, especially Blarney Flank, who was quite involved in the case. Because Republicans were afraid of ruffling feathers during a good economy, they behaved like pussies. The Democrats behaved like stanky pussies. You ask if Clinton could have better spent his time on domestic security issues? Like what, like selling more previously classified military technology to China? Or letting in some more illegal immigrants? Or allowing Chinese guns into the US for gang members while attempting to take guns away from law abiding citizens? Clinton was the most corrupt POS to ever live in DC. And his wife looks like Alvin the Chipmunk.
