current VIX range is 32-40. p/c ratio is .70 and the 10 dma of the p/c ratio isn't much higher...pretty middle of the road.

if p/c ratio was .9 or greater i would agree with marginmike. but given neutral p/c readings we are range bound. in fact, until today the recent VIX move was up. now if the VIX breaks 32 the next border is 29-30, but given the current snap back i think the most likely scenario has the VIX moving up to 40 before its' next decision point.

IE its a low probability bet. I am notsaying to go long, but when fear P?C andVIX arein the higherrange you shouldnt be short in soize.
