Yes, particularly when they contradict your cherished misconceptions and prejudices.

First of all, I have no prejudices, cherished or otherwise.

Secondly, you used a statistic to infer a point. The statistic was from a very small population; not taken in context of every day living. I don't care if the point was to prove that American's like Chocolate Cake better than Angel Food Cake, its just not the way to go about getting an accurate answer.

I say again:

I'm sure you'd have had 87% of boy scouts picking [preference] "Scout Vespers" over "America The Beautiful" too, if asked at [context] Scout Camp.

How about answering my other question?
