An incubation period for anthrax can be as long as 40 days...So you would not know if any other site was contaminated untill someone will develop symptoms...All in retrospect..It takes 2-3 days for letter to be delivered, perhaps up to the week or two to be filed...I am sure that no one paid attention late September to letters with stains...so it is likely that more letters were sent..but no one got sick... What is suspicious about that? (besides Gus's agenda to constantly bring Mossad into the Arab Terrorism)
