Robert O:

To prove to you how companies lying to you can do you in, let's have your 401K administrator take your entire retirement account and invest it in the next "can't miss" big thing. And while telling you everything is ok, let them leverage your investment and lose more than you invested so that you owe twice what your worth and then quietly leave the country for parts unknown. All of that disclosure is unnecessary, except when your the one left holding the bag. Don't say it can't happen to you. It has happened to many who thought that companies do not lie or tell the complete truth to them.

Remember, the largest fraud in the US was by an insurance company.

The incredible thing about Pea is that he is able to find all kinds of information in the INTC release on Q3 results. Yet Pea concludes that because Intel presents all this information is trying to conceal information.

Say what? The information is there for everyone to draw their own conclusions... but Pea has trouble with the thinking part.
