I do feel ashamed, but those are my well researched and in depth thoughts. I am wrestling with the shame feeling, and I can't understand it very well. It may have something to do with us being herd animals--- I'm not quite sure, but I've always retired from a lack of self esteem. At least someone I know once told me that. None the less, the facts bear me out conclusively. The din of the crowd is louder and more frightening, but empty....
