I didn't know you were including Tibet. We don't recognize the Chinese in Tibet as the legitimate government. We recognize the Dali Lama as the legitimate leader. So does pretty much everyone. For goodness sakes, he has his own capital in absentia in India. I'm gonna go hit the site. [Edit: I don't know if "trials, juries followed by execution (sometimes, preceded by)" such as those count either as legitimate. We have to play be different rules since we let those villains develop nuclear weapons. ]
