hmmmm... history over shut down followed by moderate demand leading to shortages vs. price survivial pricing in a protected environment both.. stagflation so far in the game nothing new from an historical perspective... eventually .... defend the dollar raise the rates nixon years 1 year cd's were easy 12-20% got gold? that was the top of the last gold bull market, which started quite interestingly in the same way... i don't know the future but the script has yet to change the past thus far.
