it is just as easy to subsitute the appropriate structures to replace those that will not this time re appear. bottom line however is positional. in my humble opinion. positional means the asset of definable last resort. only time is the out liar... at this moment. when the other asset classes change... well then.. the gold position will change. i don't see that yet. and trust me i'm working hard to see it. but... you have to take a reach. the position is well in advance of the evidence in this case. it is in fact an investment requiring the age old financial math of present value/ future value and supporting streams and vs. assets on the balance sheet. it is a classic moment with few classic choices.
