JW - i'm here in my Manhattan hotel on so called 56Kbps fixed phone line via AOL. Speed indicator tells me that I'm around 30Kbps. This is like snail mail.

Messaging might be OK on slow speeds but for any kind of browsing?????? at slow speeds. It might have been OK when that was all we were used to but not now. Now I want 100+ Kbps and I want it wireless.

well considering GPRS will eventually be offered by ATT and Cigular, doesn't it make sense for Handspring to offer a product that work on these networks? they do have millions of users..
