A close friend of mine has visited Saudi Arabia, and has reported that there is a city there that resembles Las Vegas, (with all the vices LV is famous for), that is off limits to their regular people, and is reserved specifically for the "monied" associates and family of the Royals, and of course for guests from the West. The US State Dept. and CIA, (George Bush Sr.) have been more interested in protecting our oil supplies, as they should be of course, while allowing this and other hypocricies to breed rabid resentment against the US!! As a third generation American, I fear what the next 3 generations will face as this great experiment in freedom is directly challnged by forces scatterd acroos the world. I do not fear a "fifth" column, but we are currently witnessing what just a few individuals can wreak on US, and it is indeed frightening, I now have to wonder exactly what I may face as I prepare for my next airline trip from Miami to LA in a plane filled with jet fuel, in a seat that is that last line of resistance to the cockpit.
