lbs...Sleeping bitches? How very kind of you...NOT! Russ Winter and I have NOT struck a truce. I STILL believe him to be a pump and dumper. I wrote RUSS privately --in a ONE TIME 1 to 1 communication effort-- in an attempt to, warn him of his high profile cheerleading potential exposure for SEC investigation of him ACTING like a broker. Even tho' Russ claims he's no longer licensed, his involvement vis a vis all his "free research and [timely?] analysis" of micro-crap, thin float primarily Canadian issues he owns, which he does in WRITING, lays him wide open to the CHARGE by some disgruntled money loser following his advice on SI, either lurking or active which would make his life hell. His basic response? A defensive brush off, COMBINED WITH an offer to call a truce if I would "behave first" and lay off of him, a "quid pro quo" he labelled it. Want to read the PM exchange? Only too happy to provide it--it AIN'T purdy, especially for RUSS SUMMARY: This Russ dude has a serious potential regulatory violations problem that could cost him treble any gains he might make, plus defensive, staggering legal bills, AND emotional and physical and mental costs that makes his pump and dump participation quite UNprofitable on many levels. He's like a deer caught in the headlights. And RUSS's collosal and sell-admited ego prevents him from seeing it, and instead tries divert potential disaster from months and months of cheerleading postings by strike a mute me deal by and insulting "I'll quit if you quit first" gambit/strategy. I'm not the one committing pump and dump here. Of COURSE RUSS wants me to pipe down. This thread and the "new one" is definitely a case of "where there's PUMP AND DUMP smoke" there is FIRE! Look at it critically, LBS, if you are capable or willing.
