Nor will I, Hawk...nor will I. Foreign Affairs policies will be forever changed because of Sept 11th. If the murderers don't believe that, perhaps they should review Mr. Bush's words again: "And, Larry, this was very early. This was the very next day. And the president came in. I will remember this evening -- that evening for a long time, because the president came in. Larry, this was the leader speaking to the leadership. I was proud of the president.
