Ken My dad over on Vashon has AT&T cable which was TCI in the recent past. They used to have daily, and I mean daily multiple outages that drove them nuts. Tacoma had that same problem and I sure don't blame them for dropping TCI. If you provide lousy service you should be kicked out of town! The State of Washington Attorney General's office has ruled in July that they don't like PUD's getting into telcom issues so I'm worried about the current telco monopolies staying in place. Eric
