Sharck...just wanted you to be aware. Always have to be a trader, but there's a different story underneath and Pro Forma is now being abused beyond reason. Companies are adding hundreds of millions of dollars of false "earnings" by using this and it clouds the true picture. VRTS had a net loss of 40 cents per share and they used Pro Forma to beat by a penny and show a profit as another example. They created 200 million for their so called earnings. Anyway, just a heads up to be sure and dig deeper into what companies are saying.
