Yes, I do believe that right and wrong should apply in the market, as they do everywhere else. If the market wrongly moves up, the SEC should immediately take steps to stop it. It's absolutely wrong for the market to rally in the current economic environment, and it deeply offends me when I see it go up. If lawmakers were allowed to return to their desks, I'd suggest new legislation on the matter. But maybe it's no longer necessary. I think the Naz could easily go below 500 from here -- easily. And that's a dispassionate view. All of my analysis is dispassionate. I see things as they are. Better, in fact: I see the market as it should be. Is that so wrong? Are we all so squeamish about policing a market that's got out of hand, that's behaved irrationally? One day I will recoup all my losses, and I will be vindicated. Science and reason will prevail.
