Yup, could'nt swim. You see it all the time in the summer months when people come from inland areas to escape the heat. That's when lifeguards are their busiest. IN the winter they don't even post lifeguards till the weekends and no one drowns. WE got our kids in the water when they were 1. There is a school in Seal Beach that teaches infants to swim. It's amazing, to graduate, they throw the baby in the middle of the pool and the kid has to swim to the side.
