I saw a variation of this from the NY Times. But you posted first <g>

This is the first case that adopts the individual right under the 2nd Amendment and it is a major step forward for gun rights advocates.

re: the three-judge panel made a point of saying that the Second Amendment preserves individual citizens' "right to keep and bear arms whether or not they are a member of a select militia or performing active military service or training."


Well duh!!!

The Bill of Rights is packed with Individual rights not States rights.
