Being "accountable" for exercising a "right"? What kind of fascist clap-trap is
that?

Well, for one thing, the "facist clap-trap" of the Washington State Constitution. Well known as a hotbed of facists when written in 1889:

"Article I, Section 5"

Every person may freely speak, write and publish on all subjects, beng responsible for the abuse of that right."

Actually I had "responsible" in my post initially but changed it to "accountable" because I had already used responsible in the post. I'll be happy to go back to responsible if you prefer. Or maybe you consider that facist clap-trap too?

So, it's your position that I can slander you, claim that I have a free speech right to say that, and not be held accountable? Hmmm. Yep. Certainly a facist clap-trap idea.

IMO everybody is accountable for whatever they say or do, absent limited circumtances such as insanity. Do you really advocate the exercise of the right of free speech without accountability? What has been going on on this thread except to try to hold people accountable for what they say? What is YOUR post to ME about except trying to hold me accountable for what I wrote??
