How stupid does he believe our elected officials & those who elected them - US? A mathematical script that is backdated on movement makes all appear possible to forecast. It is called a PHD. In a controlled theoretical environment the results can always be perfect. In reality it is two steps behind and never that one step to far enough ahead. Crystal balls don't exist but common sense does. The problem the word common. The reality is the unknown but that is too common to understand.
