Here's the breakout methinks. ES finally pushed through the DT line. This would put a nail or two in the scenario for really ugly decline soon. The putative low on the Dow is 9366. Over 9380 and I'll be re-thinking things.

edit: still struggling a little and a nice struggle it is. This sort of protracted struggle usually results in a fast break one way or the other.
