Tried to scoop some CRY today. Picked it up at 23.63, watched the slow, painful climb up over $24, then sold it shortly after for essentially no gain as it began to drop.

And now I see why it fell today, and could make a pretty good short: Herb Greenberg of RealMoney.com reports that NJ has filed a claim against CRY for not preventing NJ residents from being able to gamble on their sites. Plus some insinuations on why their CTO of three months left.

=-( I like to see CDN companies succeed, but there are problems here, me thinks.
