Most of this thread really isn't interested in this exchange, so I won't say much except that a campaign organized on that level (using nukes) would overcome your non-citizen rules very easily. You have been vulnerable to that threat for years and you will go on being vulnerable the rest of your life if you live in the US.

Any further comments about non-stock stuff should be posted on my 50% Gains thread, at the request of the thread founder here.

What you described is a more likely scenario than that which would be countered by Star Wars antimissile measures. I have always opposed the lax immigration policies of the US and Canada, and so stated before the discussion devolved into endorsement of and opposition to mass murder. There are a lot of things we can do well within the Constitution and reasonableness. The chances of such an attack would be more likely rather than less, IMO, if we were to go down the path endorsed by dabum3. Sorry Dale, the question was posed to me too.

If they had the bomb they would have used it on us already. It will become more difficult to bring nuclear weapons into the country as security increases and as Arabs from overseas get detained. Perhaps, the US govt should make it clear that if a nuclear device is exploded in the US., any host nation of the perpetrators will be dealt with in a similar manner.
