I know. He's the perfect one to have an ID put on us just like the one prophecied in the bible. He doesn't want everyone to have an ID though. Only those who aren't citizens. ROFLMAO! So if someone has fake ID saying they are a citizen then what good is this thing? How do we determine that there isn't black market ID's? If the ones we have now aren't good enough, why do we need another for only certain people and what if they don't have it on them? They can just say they are citizens and that defeats the purpose altogether. Never trusted leatherface myself. Reminds me of that evil doer on Charlie's Angels the Movie. Not saying he's an evil doer, but still don't trust the fellow.
