mouf- i need your opinion, what would you do if your on line broker (brown and co) shows a short sale in your account, takes a buy to cover execution for a nice profit in your account, then calls you about 45 minutes later and tells you the short sale was a bad print? when i make a mistake , i eat it, they tell me tough, the 2k profit i had booked is not there now, do i have any simple recourse? their customer service said "sorry you feel that way"
anyone ever had this problem before? i guess brown and co.'s idea of a "saavy" investor is someone who knows their system cant be trusted on trades showing in their account?
