Let's say Taliban surrenders. Do you think this bunch of ideologues has any sway in the hills where bin Laden is hiding?

The Taliban allowed large terrorist training camps to be run openly. A new government might not hunt down every last terrorist but it would make life difficult for them. This would be a big improvement.
