I am actually feeling kinda bullish, want to know why? I'll tell ya...

There is a new warming of relations with the soviet republic and China and this will mean more open doors on trade. The need for alternative energy sources and devices that use the energy (like cars) could even create another speculative bubble. The new risks of travel can cause videoconferencing and other electronic collaborative events to become more attractive and this will increase the load on the internet such that telecom spending can increase. The threat of anthrax can make transactions that usually happen via mail, more attractive to handle electronically, like simple correspondance and bill payment.

I lightened up my portfolio last friday, but I will be looking to re-enter probably tomorrow. We should have been expecting a pullback, we had a nice run up. But the stock market does not move in a straight line.

The 9/11 attacks will end up making us stronger as individuals, as well as our economy and the country overall.
