Ish, that was childish, I never blamed Bush for 9/11, but it was on his watch wasn't it. It is sad that you folks play the child's game of blaming the someone who is longer in charge for the failure of those in charge. The only thing you can say for sure is that if Clinton were still President maybe the attacks would not have occurred. Since they occurred after he left you must assume that either they were afraid to do it on his watch or weren't concerned that Bush won in November.
