Kudos to Ken Alibek - he's one of the good guys. Instead of fooling around w. trying to promote his company's products he actually wants good information to get out. That's more than I've heard from other experts, who do not sound competent. KA may be right, maybe there aren't any other experts in the U.S. HDRN & VSR are my picks so far in this area for a 12-24 mo. hold. Regardless of future terrorist calamities we're off to the races as far as bio detection and defense technology. Unfortunately, it looks like the Bill Joy scenario of threat/counter-threat technology competition is starting to take off, and will accelerate for years. I alternate between "Gee whiz that's a cool solution" and "Grab the rifles and gas masks, kids, we're heading for the hills"
