I think the use of the term "flunkie" makes it clear that I was more making a statement than asking a question. I'm not sure if the lack of interest is just due to the poorness of results and assured non-performance for at least three more quarters: AMD has been around for thirty years, and there were plenty of questions after the 1998 loss quarters. It's not like AMD going from way positive to way negative results in a few quarters time is a new phenomenon that should change analysts' decisions on following the company or that the company's guidance and prognostications should be subject to new skepticism.
