I hadn't thought of it that way, but it fits.

One last comment on the AMD CC, about when an analyst asks a question, or if AMD just brings it up in their statement, about schedules. I get the feeling that, no matter what is really happening, Ruiz and Sanders just give the "on schedule" answer, like "all conversion to 130 nm is on schedule for end 2002". They then go ahead and slip schedules. Not that Intel doesn't also, but Bryant and Otellini aren't as automatic in chirping "on schedule" to every question. Maybe this is a reason why the "first team" analysts don't call in but have a sub do it? Just a feeling from listening.
