My daughter (7) drew that last night. And she drew them all with little parachutes. She saw some of the news footage on sept 11 because I kept the kids home from school. And although we talked about it a lot, we did not talk about the people jumping because I didn't know how much she had absorbed- and I certainly didn't want to explain something and make it worse by explaining if she hadn't noticed. My husband and I were very touched by the fact that she drew them all being saved by their little parachutes. I am sure it made her feel better to think that in drawing them that way, she could make it come out differently. She actually came in and said "Look, I saved all the people", handed us the picture, and went to play.
