No. I mean guidance from the ceo which was low 40 million area.

He bought those on the open market Ray. Look at the prices that the stock was trading at on those days.

SOME were option grants. And there were option grants that were exercised only 6 cents ITM. Why bother if he thought the stock would go lower and he could just buy more on the open market.

Still.... it's not a reason to buy the stock as far as I'm concerned. I've seen other ceo's buy and the stock goes up, earnings come out and the stock ends up making a new low.

Aeth was the last one to do that.
