Dear G.T. I have been wondering if there is some way we could bring this "dispute" to some equitable conclusion. Many of your "charges " against Russ are very serious if true. Since you seem pretty thorough in your DD I wonder if you would be willing to "substantiate" some or all of your charges? Could you for instance over the last two or three months pick out the offending Russ Winter posts you feel the SEC would be interested in reviewing and site the SEC regulation you think applies. This would tend to focus the issue and of course if you are correct provide a real public service to the thread. Best Regards,
