To your credit, this was one hell of a weird day. I am convincing myself that I will buy when I can write cc's that lock in a 10% or better profit if the stock stays the same. Looked at amat today and think the Mar 35's look like an interesting play, make about 12% on the call in less than 6 mths and have 5$ upside potential. Other thoughts?

ST trading: I was away for a week at a conference in Denver. I am back to trading menace.

Sold all my amat holding which I bought between 33-35 two weeks ago. It turned out to be a very profitable trade( selling price between 37.10-37.81).
Sold anqah (Jan 40) calls, bought between 2.20 and 3.0 @ 2.40 and above, good profit.
sold all my mxim holding
sold sunw, all bought between (8.80-9.40) at 10.10
sold half suqen (jan 11.25) options for no-profit keeping 100 contracts.

New strategy:

On dips will buy options, If share price drops another 10% after option purchase then will buy stocks.

Goal: Double my money before the end of the year compare to early october. ( I hope I can do it). Current status: up about 30%
