Did AMD say this was the case today in the CC ? I haven't heard the CC yet. Yesterday Intel said this was not the case at a worldwide level. US slowed after Sept 11, but Europe picked up.

JC,

We can work the numbers any way we want, but to my memory, AMD has never, never, ever sandbagged with their guidance. They are saying high single digit revenue growth in the best case scenario. Using history as a guide, I have to believe that that is indeed an upper limit. And, if it is, they will have another loss in Q4.

BTW, who will Intel buy in Q4 to fudge their numbers in goodwill write-offs.
